Follow the steps below \u2014 no action is required from us to complete the disconnection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in to QuickBooks OnlineGo to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/qbo.intuit.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qbo.intuit.com<\/a>&nbsp;and sign in as an Administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open App ManagementClick the&nbsp;<strong>Gear icon<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u2699) in the top right, then select&nbsp;<strong>Account and Settings<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2192&nbsp;<strong>Integrations<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2192&nbsp;<strong>Apps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find AI BookkeeperLocate&nbsp;<strong>AI Bookkeeper<\/strong>&nbsp;(listed under your connected apps) and click on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disconnect the appClick&nbsp;<strong>Disconnect<\/strong>&nbsp;and confirm. This immediately revokes all OAuth tokens \u2014 AI Bookkeeper will lose access to your QBO data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify us (optional)Once disconnected, <a href=\"\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a>\u00a0and we will delete any stored encrypted credentials associated with your account within 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What happens after disconnection?<\/strong>Revoking access stops all automated bookkeeping tasks immediately. No further journal entries, reconciliation runs, or API calls will be made against your QBO company.
