Disconnect AI Bookkeeper from QuickBooks
You can revoke AI Bookkeeper’s access to your QuickBooks Online company at any time. Follow the steps below — no action is required from us to complete the disconnection.
- Sign in to QuickBooks OnlineGo to qbo.intuit.com and sign in as an Administrator.
- Open App ManagementClick the Gear icon (⚙) in the top right, then select Account and Settings → Integrations → Apps.
- Find AI BookkeeperLocate AI Bookkeeper (listed under your connected apps) and click on it.
- Disconnect the appClick Disconnect and confirm. This immediately revokes all OAuth tokens — AI Bookkeeper will lose access to your QBO data.
- Notify us (optional)Once disconnected, contact us and we will delete any stored encrypted credentials associated with your account within 30 days.
What happens after disconnection?Revoking access stops all automated bookkeeping tasks immediately. No further journal entries, reconciliation runs, or API calls will be made against your QBO company. Any journal entries already posted to QBO remain in your books — they are not reversed automatically.
